(Waste Disposal (Chemical Waste) (General) Regulation, Section 5) (L.N. 144 of 1993) Under section 5 of the Waste Disposal (Chemical Waste) (General) Regulation, I appoint 3 May 1993 as the day on which- (a) section 4 of the Regulation shall apply to or in relation to chemical waste being or containing a substance specified or described in Part A of the Schedule; and (b) Parts III, IV, V and VI of the Regulation shall apply to or in relation to chemical waste being or containing a substance specified or described in Part A or B of the Schedule.
